Food Porn Friday- Ebisu Ramen |Haute Khuuture

Cold weather calls for hot bowls of Japanese noodles…nomnomnom.

Courtesy of my favorite ramen joint in OC- Ebisu Ramen. I’m really not that much of a “ramen” girl but their super spicy Kazaa Ramen is one of my faves. The bf gets Char Siu-men every time with extra bamboo shoots for crunchy texture. My tried-and-true FAVE: Niku Udon with sautéed beef and fresh spinach. The hot broth is really just perfect all alone, but I load mine up with every single condiment on the table for an added kick. A bit of garlic paste, some chili powder, sesame oil and it’s ONNNNNNNNN hunnies!

So good I even named my pup after the joint…and got inked to prove it. If you’re ever wondering what that dang scribble is on my wrist? Inspired by Ebisu Ramen my loves!
